  • All our press-on nails are handmade, and minor variations may occur between sets.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments must be made in full at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (where available).
  • All transactions are securely processed. We do not store payment details.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Liability

  • Shipping times vary based on location. Estimated delivery times are available in our Shipping Policy.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages due to incorrect or unauthorized recipient details.
  • The package must be received by you or an authorized person at the delivery address provided at checkout. We are not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect addresses, unclaimed deliveries, or unauthorized recipients.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
  • To process a damage claim, you must provide a clear, unedited video of the unboxing showing:
    • The package before opening
    • The shipping label with tracking number visible
    • The damaged items inside
  • Failure to provide this video may result in the claim being denied.

  • All content, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Hyebie and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our permission.

8. Fraud & Chargebacks

  • We take fraud seriously and actively monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
  • Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes without first contacting us may result in order cancellation and restriction from future purchases.
  • Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
