• Engagement Rate That Converts
  • Micro-Influencers (5K-100K followers): At least 3% engagement
  • Mid-Tier & Large Influencers (100K+ followers): At least 2% engagement
    • Quality Content – Clear, high-resolution images/videos, well-lit setups, and engaging captions that fit our brand aesthetic
    • Beauty, Fashion, or Lifestyle Niche – Your content should be relevant to nails, beauty, self-care, trends, or fashion
    • Active & Consistent Posting – At least 4+ posts per week to maintain an engaged audience
    • Authentic & Non-Spammy Presence – No fake engagement, bot followers, or excessive paid ads without organic interaction
