Damaged Product
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a damage claim, you must provide a clear and unedited view of the unboxing showing:
- The package before opening
- The shipping label with tracking number visible
- The damaged items inside
No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for unwanted items. But don’t worry, if your item is faulty, we’ll make it right.
