About Hyebie Press-On Nails
Q: What makes Hyebie press-ons unique?
A: Each Hyebie set is handmade with high-quality gel and acrylic, then finished with our handpicked accents to fit each design. They’re designed to look high-end but are easy enough for anyone to apply at home.
Q: Can I reuse Hyebie nails?
A: Absolutely! With gentle care, your nails can be worn multiple times. Just remove them carefully, and store them in their original box between uses.
Q: How long do they stay on?
A: When applied right, our nails last up to 1-4 weeks. How long they stay on depends on how you apply them and how well you take care of your nails.
Ordering & Sizing
Q: Do you do custom designs?
A: Right now, we’re all about perfecting our signature designs – think classy, chiq, coquette, and kawaii vibes! Custom orders aren’t available, but we’re always adding new styles to keep things fresh.
Q: How do I find my size?
A: If you’re stuck between two sizes, always size up. You can gently file the sides for a snug, custom fit - but you can’t add material if it’s too small!
Application & Removal
Q: How do I apply my Hyebie nails?
A: Every order includes an application guide, and adhesive tabs. Start with clean, dry nails, then follow the steps to get a seamless look in minutes! We sell nail glue separately as the value of the press-on nails depreciate when using glue, as glue leaves residue after use - so please buff out the residue before storing after use.
Q: How do I take them off without damaging my nails?
A: Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 2-10 minutes, then gently lift the sides with our complimentary cuticle stick. No peeling or pulling – that way, both your press-ons and your natural nails stay in top shape.
Shipping & Returns
Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times depend on where you are, but you can track your order anytime on our website.
Q: What if I need to return my nails?
A: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or used sets. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us, and we’ll make it right!
Care & Maintenance
Q: How should I store my nails when I’m not wearing them?
A: Keep them in their original box or a clean, dry place to protect them from dust, moisture, and accidental damage.
Q: Will press-ons damage my natural nails?
A: Nope! Press-ons are super gentle as long as you follow our removal steps. Just avoid peeling or tugging during removal to keep your natural nails healthy.
