Processing Time

Each set is handmade with care, so please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order ships. We promise—it’s worth the wait!

Peak Periods: During busy seasons (holidays, sales, etc.), we may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing. We appreciate your patience!

Order Tracking

All UK and international orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, we’ll do our best to assist you. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your local courier or contact us at hyebie.official@gmail.com


Refunds and Returns


Damaged Product

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a damage claim, you must provide a clear and unedited view of the unboxing showing:

    • The package before opening
    • The shipping label with tracking number visible
    • The damaged items inside

    Failure to provide this video may result in the claim being denied.

    No Refunds or Exchanges

    Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for unwanted items. But don’t worry - if your item is faulty, we’ll make it right.

    Please double-check your size and order details before confirming your purchase.
